6-week program
A complete, structured small-group experience with 6 total sessions, designed to build skills gradually and support meaningful nervous system change.
75-minute weekly sessions
Each session is long enough to learn, practice, and integrate PRT-based skills in a supported environment.
6 weeks of free access to Curable
Participants receive complimentary access to Curable — a neuroscience-based chronic pain app — as an option to reinforce learning between sessions.
Small group size

Each session will focus on:
Exploring the physical and emotional roots of participants’ chronic pain — how pain began, why it persists, and how emotions such as anger, fear, guilt, shame, and pressure contribute to ongoing symptoms.
Clear, neuroscience-based education on how chronic pain is governed by brain and behavioral patterns, and how research supports retraining these patterns through the Chronic Pain Reset Method. Read the neuroscience that supports this program.
Specific, proven techniques participants can use immediately to interrupt their own fear–pain cycles, calm their nervous systems, and begin building more empowered daily habits. Here’s how the Chronic Pain Reset Method applies these techniques.
After six weeks, most participants:
